Fresh water fishes are the passion of Oliver Klaus, our Chef de Cuisine. One of his specialties is our 5-course-menu “Golden Fish”. For those who prefer an alternative to fish we offer our delicate and famous US-Châteaubriand “Halbinsel Au”.
